Do you have an english section about this MOD + a direct link to an example. Been looking around all over for a MOD like this and found a link to your place within a post on another forum. As I understood it, it can ne activated through the ACP, but I don't find (and understand) exactly how the form is made? Does it come with a basic template and then one codes in regular html?

Now it became clearer. I followed a link to that section a few times but I never understood what I was supposed to look at.
This time I clicked the [NEWTOPIC] button and it all became clear. Great MOD.
