What have you done before the problem was there?
I have installed ur mod and while thanking I get this error
Not Found

The requested URL /forum/post6813.html&thanks=6813&to_id=1061 was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
I just added mod nothing else
